Before your appointment
Send appliance dimensions and photos of the existing space and connections. Mention stairs, access limits and whether an old appliance must be disconnected. Haul-away is quoted separately.
From preparation to operation
We review the agreed connections, position and secure the appliance as appropriate, and check operation after installation. Built-in equipment requires a model and access review before scheduling.
Are hoses and adapters included?
Tell us what comes with your new appliance. We confirm any additional parts required; old or incompatible connectors may need replacement.
Can you remove the old appliance?
Ask when booking. Disconnection, removal and haul-away depend on access and are confirmed separately.
