ProFlex Service repairs household kitchen and laundry appliances throughout Sacramento and surrounding communities. We handle refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, cooktops, microwaves and ice makers, including supported built-in models.

What happens during a repair visit

We begin with the problem you report, diagnose its cause and explain the proposed work and price before repair. Symptoms help guide the visit; they are not a reason to replace parts without assessment. If parts must be ordered or access requires additional work, we discuss the next steps with you.

Your $79 Service Call is 100% applied toward your approved repair. If you decline the recommended repair, you pay only the $79 service call. Maintenance and installation are quoted for their own scope.

Respect for your home

We offer convenient 2-hour arrival windows, provide ETA notifications before arrival and wear shoe covers in your home. Same-day and next-day appointments may be available depending on your location and the schedule.

We use OEM parts. Repair warranties start at 90 days; ask about the coverage and exclusions for your particular repair before approval.
