My washing machine was leaking from the bottom and I reached out to them at 11 pm at night. They promptly responded and we were able to schedule a time for the next morning.

Vitalii was the person fixing the machine. I was out of town during the fix but he was keeping me in the loop about when he would arrive and sending me texts about what was broken with the washing machine. I appreciated he would update me with the steps he was taking to fix the washing machine.

The price for everything was great and I appreciate that they have a warranty for their work.

I would highly recommend using them for any services you need for any of your broken machines!

Vitalii was great. He was able to fit me in that day. My washing machine wouldn't drain, had a load inside with water, and the door was locked. He was able to get into it, pull and clean and check the pump (it was fine), clear out the drain pipe, and finally pull and clean out the packed filter. Back to full operation! Even helped me put the stacked dryer back on top and slide the pair back into place. Thorough and professional work. Highly recommended.

I unironically do not think i've had a better experience with a service fielded from yelp. His responses were prompt, personable, and understanding. We received support on matters unrelated to our initial inquiry literally because he just wanted to help.

What we received went above and beyond all expectations, all at a very reasonable rate.

This is what services should strive to emulate. I would recommend, to all my friends and family in the Sacramento area, to consider ProFlex, and I encourage you readers to do the same. You will NOT find a more qualified or more suitable candidate out there, i PROMISE you. This is as good as it gets.

He even provided a valid argument for his choosing Milwaukee over DeWalt/Makita. Even has me reconsidering my decision.

We had a bottom freezer that wouldn't open more than a few inches because the drawer track was stuck; others recommended forcing/breaking it and then just replacing whatever parts broke in the process. THANKFULLY Vitali came out and was able to navigate tricky disassembly of the door to get everything fixed and in working order within an hour. He was very responsive and accommodating for scheduling the visit. Cleaned up after himself. Reasonable repair price. Thank you!!!

We thought our refrigerator was done for until Vitalii came to the rescue.

Background- our refrigerator is about 10 years old, Samsung, the one with the freezer that pulls out from the bottom. It first stopped making ice, which we dealt with, but then was not cooling as much as it used to. We determined this because our fruit was spoiling quite quickly.

So we called Vitalii and asked him to do a diagnostic to see what could be going on. He was extremely thorough. He moved the fridge check all it's different components both those easily accessible and those that were within the fridge itself. He determined that a part was broken which was causing the cooling issue. Also, the hose for the ice machine needed to be replaced as it was clogged.

Vitalii let us know he had to order the cooling part and would let us know when it would be in. He said it could take up to 7 business days. It arrived in 3 and he called us immediately to see when he could come back.

Overall- is did amazing work in a short 6 hours. And the value of that work was worth every penny. We paid roughly $600 and that included the diagnostic, the part, and his labor.

We are beyond impressed with his work and 3 week later we are still enjoying our ice machine and cold food items again.

Had a really great experience with Vitaly. We bought a used fridge. The guy who sold us the fridge whose name is John said the fridge was in perfect condition. It started making noises one week after purchase and stopped cooling. Found Vitaly and his co on yelp with great reviews. Now I know why.
